Eligibility for Returns:

  • Timeframe: You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Exceptions: Certain items may be ineligible for return such as downloadable, custom-made or final sale items. These exceptions will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Initiating a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Please contact us at info@acra3d.co.za or076 456 5161 to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.  
  3. Packaging: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible, and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.  
  5. Ship to: send the package to the following address: ACRA3D, 3 Van Dijk Street, Secunda, 2302, Mpumalanga

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days from approval date.  
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the exchange is for a higher priced item, you will be required to pay the difference. If the exchange is for a lower priced item, you will be refunded the difference.
  • Exchanges follow the same shipping guidelines as returns.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. This is subject to product availability.  

Return Shipping Costs:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
  • Please keep your shipping receipts and tracking information for your records.
